Chinè crafts pizza with the same care as a tailor. It starts with the raw ingredients: touching, smelling, tasting, studying. Technical doughs, select ingredients, and combinations designed to accommodate intolerances, preferences, and tastes. Each pizza is born from a precise process, combining method and creativity, where Apulian tradition and contemporary research meet uncompromisingly. The result is a custom-made product: recognizable, balanced, and personal.

how is it prepared?

The tomatoes are literally left to burst in the oven, together with a mix of herbs and spices. Obviously all HOMEMADE!
